Impossible de retourner ou de se faire rembourser – Produit de très mauvaise qualité

Bonjour,
J’ai acheté deux bouteilles UV Noerden. L’une est tombée en panne après seulement deux jours d’utilisation. L’autre est encore neuve, mais je ne souhaite plus l’utiliser ni l’offrir, étant très déçue par la qualité.
J’ai envoyé 5 messages (via le site et à une adresse e-mail en France), sans aucune réponse. Je demande le retour des deux produits ainsi qu’un remboursement complet.
À ce jour, il m’a été impossible de retourner les articles ou de récupérer mon argent. Sans réponse rapide de votre part, je contacterai les services de protection des consommateurs. Très insatisfaite de cet achat.
